This is the website of Back Garden Pizzeria and The Big Arancini. We keep the personal information we handle to a minimum, and this page explains what we do and don’t collect.
What We Collect
Browsing This Website
You can use this website without giving us any personal information. It has no customer accounts, no contact forms and no mailing-list sign-up, and our own pages don’t use analytics or advertising trackers.
Like every website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider (Cloudflare), which automatically processes basic technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Booking a Table
Table bookings are taken through resOS, a third-party booking system. The booking form on our Reservations page is provided by resOS and loads from resOS’s servers. In it you enter the details needed for your reservation, such as your name, contact details, party size and the date and time.
resOS stores these details on our behalf. We use them only to manage your booking and to contact you about it. You can read how resOS handles data in the resOS privacy policy.
Contacting Us
If you email or phone us, for example with a question or a catering enquiry, we use your contact details and the content of your message only to reply and to deal with your request.
Links to Other Websites
This website links to services run by other companies, including delivery partners (Deliveroo and Uber Eats), Instagram, Facebook and Google. When you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply. We don’t send them any personal information from this website.
Marketing
We don’t collect email addresses for marketing through this website, and we don’t sell or share personal information for marketing purposes.
Cookies

The booking form on our Reservations page is provided by resOS and shows its own cookie notice. It may use cookies and similar technologies, including for analytics and marketing, depending on the choices you make in that notice. See the resOS privacy policy for details.
The map on our Pizzeria page only loads from Google Maps if you choose “Show map”. If you do, Google may set its own cookies. If you’d rather not, you can use the address shown on the page or the “Open in Google Maps” link instead.
